OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to compare technetium-99m methoxyisobutylisonitrile (Tc-MIBI) chest single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) results, immunohistochemical analyses of P-glycoprotein (Pgp) expression and response to paclitaxel in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
