OBJECTIVE We describe a case of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) that presented long-lasting preclinical complex polymodal hallucinations. BACKGROUND Few studies have deeply investigated the characteristics of hallucinations in DLB, especially in the preclinical phase.
