The application of impact rolling technology in construction of rock-fill dam of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station is the first example in same dam type at home and abroad. Analysis on samples collected at site made known the dry density of subordinate rock-fill body basically come up to the requirement of main rock-fill body, and the dry density of main rock-fill body reach up to more than 2.190 t/m after impact rolling.
