Postoperative fast atrial fibrillation is a serious perioperative cardiac arrhythmia and a marker of increased morbidity and stroke risk. We report here a successful management of fast atrial fibrillation following video-assisted thoracoscopic thymic surgery in a patient with coronary heart disease.
