Practical application of a light-weight formal implementation for specifying a multi-agent robotic system

Abstract

Light-weight formal specifications are flexible, have a concrete syntax, and play vital role in correctness of a multi-agent robotic system. To specify such systems in a way that it ensures correctness properties of safety and liveness is important, especially as these systems have high concurrency and in most of the cases have dynamic environment. We have considered a casestudy of a multi-agent robotic system for the transport of stock between storehouses to exemplify light-weight formal specifications.
