Behavior Change Support Systems (BCSSs) have emerged as a promising research area to study behavior change, directing interest into the software artifact. This research paper aims to provide practical examples of mobile and social applications using the Outcome/Change (O/C) Design Matrix in developing and evaluating BCSSs and conducting systematic research on BCSSs.
