Construire un dossier medical numerique adapte a chaque medecin dans sa pratique courante, a partir de documents locaux ou de documents extraits d’autres sources de donnees, represente plusieurs difficultes : l’interrogation et la recuperation des donnees distantes (sujet non etudie dans cet article) et la representation de ces donnees dans un environnement graphique facile a utiliser et totalement parametrable en fonction des besoins du medecin, besoins immediats durant la consultation…
