INTRODUCTION External dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) has been the gold standard for treatment of epiphora. Currently several endoscopic DCR techniques are described. We evaluated results of endonasal DCR in our institution. METHODS A retrospective chart review of a consecutive series of DCR procedures.
