We propose two dynamic bandwidth allocation (DBA) algorithms by considering three dimensions, i.e., time slot, subcarrier, and bit allocation, to minimize the transmitting power of optical network units (ONUs) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access passive optical networks (OFDMA-PONs).
