In canine coronary arteries, bradykinin evokes endothelium-dependent relaxations that are mediated by nitric oxide (NO) and endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF). The converting-enzyme inhibitor trandolaprilat potentiates the endothelium-dependent relaxations evoked by bradykinin in this tissue.
