BACKGROUND Few data exist regarding central nervous system (CNS) involvement in patients with posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD). The purpose of this study was to review the Israel Penn International Transplant Tumor Registry (IPITTR) experience with CNS involvement by PTLD.
