Post-traumatic pancreatic pseudocyst managed by Roux-en-Y drainage

Abstract

A pancreatic pseudocyst is a collection of serous fluid in relation to the pancreas following acute pancreatitis. If pancreatography is performed, most pseudocysts will be found to have a connection with the pancreatic ductal system.
