Post-harvest quality of five mid-late maturing sugarcane genotypes (CoLk 9606, CoLk 8102, CoLk 9617, CoS 767, CoPt 84212) was evaluated during late -crushing season. Sugarcane variety CoPt 84212 showed tolerance to post-harvest sugar losses as evident from lesser reduction in CCS percent, purity coefficient and increase in reducing sugars and dextran after 7 days of staling.
