The post expansile hydrogel foam aerosols of propylene glycol-embodying liposomes (PG-liposomes) (PEHFL) are recent novel drug delivery for vaginal applications. The conventional dosage forms are not easily penetrated through vaginal mucous Membrane due to particle size, limited contact time with vaginal mucosa.
