Possible field-temperature superconducting (SC) phase diagrams in two-band quasi-two-dimensional materials with a strong paramagnetic pair-breaking (PPB) are considered theoretically. Attention is paid to the case under a magnetic field $perpendicular$ to the SC layers and to essential differences from the counterpart in the ordinary single-band material. It is found by examining the $H_{c2}(T)$ curve and the vortex lattices to be realized close to $H_{c2}$ that a PPB-induced SC phase with a… Expand

Evidence for an Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov State with Segmented Vortices in the BCS-BEC-Crossover Superconductor FeSe.
It is pointed out that strongly orbital-dependent pairing as well as spin-orbit interactions, the multiband nature, and the extremely small Fermi energy are important for the formation of the FFLO state in FeSe. Expand
Interplay between orbital-quantization effects and the Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov instability in multiple-band layered superconductors
We explore superconducting instability for a clean two-band layered superconductor with deep and shallow bands in the magnetic field applied perpendicular to the layers. In the shallow band, theExpand

Fulde–Ferrell–Larkin–Ovchinnikov States in Two-Band Superconductors
We examine the possible phase diagram in an H–T plane for Fulde–Ferrell–Larkin–Ovchinnikov (FFLO) states in a two-band Pauli-limiting superconductor. We here demonstrate that, as a result of theExpand
Vortex dynamics and the Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov state in a magnetic-field-induced organic superconductor.
Systematic measurements of the interlayer resistance in high magnetic fields to 45 T in the two-dimensional magnetic-field-induced organic superconductor lambda-(BETS)2FeCl4, where BETS is bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene, give strong evidence for an oscillating order parameter in real space. Authors of Ref.[5] have discussed a possibility that, as a candidate of the high field state in CeCoIn5, a crisscrossing lattice of integer vortices with a fractional magnetic flux replaces the so-called LO vortex lattice with periodic nodal planes perpendicular to the field H and argued that thermal conductivity κ’s data are consistent with the former state rather than the latter. Antiferromagnetic order oriented by Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov superconducting order
Resolving the high-field superconducting phase (HFSP), often called the $Q$ phase, and the antiferromagnetic or spin-density-wave (SDW) order appearing in the phase remains a crucial issue on theExpand
Field-induced superconducting phase of FeSe in the BCS-BEC cross-over
It is shown that the Fermi energy of FeSe is extremely small, resulting in that this system can be regarded as an extraordinary “high-temperature” superconductor located at the verge of a BCS-BEC cross-over. Expand
Superconductivity in a Strong Spin-Exchange Field
