OBJECTIVES To evaluate tuberculin skin tests (TST) and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) assay in the detection of latent tuberculosis (TB) infection during tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonist treatment in Korean patients with initial negative TST result.
