Efficiency of Ehrlich ascites cells radiosensitization by porphyrins is a function of irradiation dose. The maximal radiosensitization was reached at the dose--2Gy. Moreover, efficiency of cell radiosensitization depends on extracellular porphyrins concentration Hematoporphyrin (HP) and hemaporphyrin dimethylether (HPde) have different radiosensitizing effect on cells.
