Porcine polymorphonuclear leukocyte NADPH-cytochrome c reductase generates superoxide in the presence of cytochrome b559 and phospholipid.

NADPH-cytochrome c reductase and cytochrome b559 were purified from the membrane fraction of phorbol myristate acetate-stimulated porcine polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
