The authors report a case of bilateral popliteal amyloidoma causing stenosis of the popliteal artery and vein. This patient had been treated with hemodialysis for 26 years. The diagnosis was made with MR angiography. A popliteal tumor of the right knee was resected surgically and the histologic examination showed deposition of amyloid.
