This pooled analysis evaluated the efficacy of extended-release quetiapine fumarate (quetiapine XR) adjunct to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).
