In this paper, the anti-aging effect of polysaccharides from Athyrium multidentatum (Doll.) Ching (AMC) and the underlying mechanisms was investigated exploying D-galactose (D-gal) induced aging mouse model. Cytokine levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
