The organic–inorganic hybrid material of polyaniline/Mg/Al layered double hydroxides (PANI/LDHs) was fabricated through in situ oxidative polymerization. PANI/LDHs were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis.
