Spermine, spermidine, putrescine and cadaverine are aliphatic amines widely spread in the human body. Their concentrations together with their acetyl conjugates increase significantly in the biological fluids and the affected tissues of cancer patients. Their concentrations decrease with the improvement in the patient's condition on multiple therapy.
