To enhance permeation and solubility of an intranasal delivery system of fexofenadine hydrochloride (FXD HCl), a new formulation using poloxamer 407 (P407)/hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD)-based thermoreversible gels with chitosan, was developed.
