Concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in tobacco smoke of 12 commercial brand cigarettes were determined in a simulated chamber of 20.25 m3 in size. The total concentrations of 17 PAHs (summation operatorPAHs) in the chamber were 3500 and 1152 ng/m3 in vapor phase and particulate phase, respectively.
