Pneumoperitoneum Following the Spontaneous Rupture of a Gas-Containing Pyogenic Liver Abscess: Report of a Case

Abstract

We report herein the case of a ruptured liver abscess that resulted in pneumoperitoneum. A patient with diabetes mellitus presented with symptoms of acute abdomen.
