The classroom experience is presented in this paper was developed as part of the initial practices Degree in Mathematics from the National Pedagogical University in the period 2013-I. The practice was to prepare a math class using the “Ecua-parquet” material created by Duarte & Caicedo (2012), teachers in initial formation of UPN, based on the idea of using a game similar to parquet to solve of linear equations. The aim of teaching was exercising solving linear equations in the form and identify the uniform property of equality with addition and subtraction from integers.
