Plasmapheresis in a case of eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome with ascending polyneuropathy.

Abstract

Eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome complicated by ascending polyneuropathy in a 40-year-old woman is described. High-dose intravenous steroids had no beneficial effect on the clinical course.
