Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a serious complication of organ transplantation. Although PTLD typically has a B-cell histology, an uncommon variant, plasmacytic PTLD can present as a monoclonal plasma cell proliferation similar to plasmacytomas seen in multiple myeloma.
