The effect of a remote oxygen plasma on nanocomposite hybrid polymer thin films of poly[(propylmethacryl-heptaisobutyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsequioxane)-co-(methylmethacrylate)] (POSS-MA) has been examined by advancing contact angle, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and variable-angle spectroscopic ellipsometry (VASE).
