Plant regeneration from hypocotyl segments of Lupinus luteus cv. L. Aurea

Abstract

Complete plants of Lupinus luteus L. cv. Aurea that were regenerated from hypocotyl segments, bloomed, produced seeds and were efficiently nodulated by Bradyrhizobium sp. strains.
