We develop a logical framework to model how agents can cooperate in order to ensure a certain state of affairs. We extend previous work on this issue by adding an explicit planning language to the object language. The resulting logical system combines reasoning about agents and groups of agents, their plans, and the effect of those plans, and becomes quite complex.
