BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The development of magnifying chromoendoscopy has facilitated the observation of mucosal pit patterns. This study investigated the value of this technology in predicting the histologic findings of colorectal lesions. METHODS A total of 954 colorectal polyps were included.
