Picture-queries and picture databases

It is here assumed that there is a requirement for people to query a picture database online for picture retrieval, and for &dquo;hit&dquo; pictures to be sent back to the user. The user may wish to change the question and repeat the operation if the first set of hits is unsatisfactory. Each complete operation needs to be quickly concluded a picture should be received within a few seconds of posing
