Oxidative stress related diseases are grasping the human race rapidly, hence, the need for antioxidants are increasing. The objective of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activity of ethanolic extract of Termitomyces medius using various in-vitro assays. Content of phytochemicals, when analysed, were found to be in the following order; total phenol> total flavonoids> ascorbic acid> β carotene> lycopene.
