At Snowmass2005 the Global Group 6 (Physics Options) considered the requirements and configurational issues related to possiblealternatives to the baseline e+e- collisions, including gamma-gamma, gamma-electron, electron-electron, GigaZ and fixed target experiments, and identified the potential performance parameters.
The Photon collider at ILC: status, parameters and technical problems
This paper is the second part of my overview on photon colliders given at the conference ``The photon: its first hundred years and the future'' (PHOTON2005 + PLC2005). The first paper describes theExpand
No 3 PHOTON COLLIDERS : THE FIRST 25 YEARS ∗
In this invited talk at the “historical” session of PHOTON2005, I was asked to recount the history and the development, from its earliest days to the present, of the idea of photon colliders based onExpand
The effects of the little Higgs models on tt̄h 0 production via γγ collision at linear colliders ∗
In the frameworks of the littlest Higgs(LH) model and its extension with T-parity(LHT ), we studied the associated tt̄h0 production process e+e− → γγ → tt̄h0 at the future e+e− linear colliders up toExpand

Associated production of a graviton with an e(+)e(-) pair via photon-photon collisions at a linear collider
We investigate the process $\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\gamma}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}{G}_{n}$ at the future International Linear Collider (ILC), where ${G}_{n}$ is theExpand

Abstract This report on Photon Colliders briefly reviews three main issues: physics motivation, possible parameters and technical feasibility, plans of works and international cooperation. New schemeExpand
Design study of an optical cavity for a future photon collider at ILC
Abstract Hard photons well above 100 GeV have to be generated in a future photon collider which essentially will be based on the infrastructure of the planned International Linear Collider (ILC). TheExpand
Photon collider at TESLA
Abstract High energy photon colliders ( γγ , γe ) based on backward Compton scattering of laser light is a very natural addition to e + e − linear colliders. In this report, we consider this optionExpand
Crossing angle at the photon collider
For removal of disrupted beams at the ILC linear e+e- collider it is desirable to collide beams at some crossing angle. An especially large crossing angle, of about 25 mrad, is necessary for theExpand
A Conception of the photon collider beam dump
The beam dump at the linear collider TESLA suggested for the ee interaction region consists of the deflecting magnets (deflect bunches inside one train) and the water vessel at the distance 250 mExpand
A laser system for the TESLA photon collider based on an external ring resonator
Abstract We present a concept of a laser system for a photon collider at the TESLA linac. It is based on an external optical ring cavity which is pumped by a short-pulse laser. A detailed discussionExpand
