A technology for processing bee corpses and obtaining chitin-melanin and melanoprotein complexes has been developed. The obtained complexes of biopolymers were studied by the methods of absorption spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and differential scanning calorimetry.
