OBJECTIVE The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy of physical therapy for patients with bilateral vestibular loss. STUDY DESIGN Retrospective case series. METHODS Twenty-four patients with a diagnosis of bilateral vestibular loss were identified by a retrospective chart review.
