  • Parsimony analyses of SSU rDNA sequences were conducted to examine phylogenetic relationships of selected genera within the families Cladoniaceae, Stereocaulaceae, Icmadophilaceae and Baeomycetaceae (lichen-forming ascomycetes). The analyses included 93 taxa (84 species) representing various groups of ascomycetous fungi.
