During the process of salvaging and rescue in inland rivers, due to the low visibility of the underwater environment, it is difficult to observe the surrounding environment and sediments by using light vision. Based on the principle of ultrasonic imaging, combined with the needs of underwater salvage and rescue, a front-end T/R hardware circuit with 64 array elements, 32 transmit channels, and 16 ultrasonic receive channels was designed.
