We study the phase diagram of dense, locally neutral three-flavor quark matter within the framework of the Nambu\char21{}Jona-Lasinio model. In the analysis, dynamically generated quark masses are taken into account self-consistently. The phase diagram in the plane of temperature and quark chemical potential is presented. The results for two qualitatively different regimes, intermediate and strong diquark coupling strength, are presented. It is shown that the role of gapless phases diminishes…

Phase Diagram of Two-Flavor Quark Matter:. Gluonic Phase at Nonzero Temperature
The phase structure of neutral two-flavor quark matter at nonzero temperature is studied. Our analysis is performed within the framework of a gauged Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model and the mean-field
Modified MIT Bag Models—part II: QCD phase diagram and hot quark stars
In the present work we use the modified versions of the MIT bag model, on which both a vector field and a self-interacting term are introduced, to obtain hot quark matter and to investigate the QCD
Self-consistent evaluation of quark masses in three flavor crystalline color superconductivity
We present a self-consistent evaluation of the constituent quark masses in the three flavor Larkin–Ovchinnikov–Fulde–Ferrell (LOFF) phases of QCD, employing a Nambu–Jona Lasinio model. This result
A diagrammatic derivation of the meson effective masses in the neutral color-flavor-locked phase of quantum chromodynamics
We offer a diagrammatic derivation of the effective masses of the axial flavor excitations in the electrical and color neutral CFL phase of QCD. In particular we concentrate on the excitations with
Chiral symmetry breaking, color superconductivity, and equation of state for magnetized strange quark matter
We investigate the vacuum structure of dense quark matter in strong magnetic fields at finite temperature and densities in a 3 flavor Nambu Jona Lasinio (NJL) model including the
We study the effects of the gapless color–flavor locked (gCFL) phase on the equation of state of strongly interacting matter in the range of baryonic chemical potential involved in a compact star. We
Density dependence of quark masses and stability of color-flavor locked phases
Considering the density dependence of quark masses, we investigate the color-flavor-locked matter and its stability relative to (unpaired) strange quark matter. We find that, when the current mass of
