Urolithiasis is one of the third most common afflic tions found in humans. The effect of oral administr ation of ethanolic extract of Kigelia Pinnata fruit on calci um oxalate urolithiasis has been studied in male Wi star albino rats. Ethylene glycol feeding resulted in hyperoxal uri as well as increased renal excretion of calciu m, magnesium and phosphate.
