Background: SU2162, a novel anticancer agent, was investigated in the rat, and pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution were observed. These data will be used to design a SU2162 dosage form for clinical use. Methods: After IV administration of SU2162, HPLC with UV detection was used to analyze rat samples.
