Abstract

The role of peripheral catecholamines in mediating the pressor and tremorigenic effects of oxotremorine were investigated in conscious rats. At time of peak tremor intensity induced by oxotremorine, plasma adrenaline and noradrenaline were increased 3--4-fold.
