Periapical repair and apical closure of a pulpless tooth using calcium hydroxide--a case report.

Abstract

A case with a open apex and a large periapical lesion in a 10 year old boy is presented. The lesion formed as a result of necrosis from trauma to a maxillary right central incisor 1 year ago.
