  • We show that, similar to the trellis-coded modulation representation of MIL-STD shaped offset quadrature phase-shift keying (SOQPSK), offset quadrature phaseshift keying (OQPSK) can be decomposed into a “degraded” trellis encoder and a memoryless mapper.
