Minimally invasive repair of acute traumatic ruptures of the tendo Achillis may produce lower complications compared to open repair. Twenty-three active patients underwent percutaneous repair of an acute rupture of the tendo Achillis. Post-operatively, the ATRS score was administered to assess the functional status.
