On the basic principle of the gas chromatograph,the penetration volume and the safe sampling volume of perfluorodimethylcyclobutane(PDCB) tracer in atmosphere through Carboxen-569 adsorption tube were tested.The results show that the relation of penetration volume(V_B) and the adsorption temperature(t) is(lg V_B=4.525-0.041 2t),and V_B is almost unchanged with the flux of mobile phase;the relation of safe sampling volume(V_S) of PDCB tracer in(atmosphere) and temperature and the flux of mobile… CONTINUE READING
