AIM To review a tailored treatment with concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CT/RT) or neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed by radical hysterectomy in locally advanced cervical cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS One hundred and four patients were treated with a tailored therapeutic approach.
