We report a new disease, dementia with neurofilament inclusions, characterized clinically by early-onset dementia with frontal lobe signs, focal atrophy of the frontal and temporal lobes, and microscopically by the presence in many brain regions of intraneuronal, cytoplasmic, neurofilament inclusions.
